Topiary & Ashe generally use DHL Express for all my international shipments. Please contact me for a individual quotation, which according to your wishes may or may nor include insurance.
Topiary & Ashe cannot be held liable for loss & damage incurred during shipping, and therefore recommend to include insurance.
Returns & refunds
The client can return any stock item from the ready-to-wear collections as long as the client covers the shipping back to Topiary & Ashe. This is granted the piece is in the same condition as it was when it was sent. Topiary & Ashe reserve the right to refuse a return / refund, if the unwanted product is returned damaged or not in the original state of purchase. The client's intention to return the item has to communicated to Topiary & Ashe within the first 7 days after it's arrival at the client. Refunds will be made on receipt of the returned item and via EFT (local), PayPal or bank transfer. Topiary & Ashe won’t be able to refund any import taxes or duties incurred and International customers will need to cover the return shipping costs. Bespoke pieces can only be returned if the client is truly unhappy with the product and has a valid reason for this grievance.
